The purpose of this blog is to be able to share my experiences in healthy eating and fitness, to motivate and inspire a healthy lifestyle in others.

All of the recipes you will find on Madison Coaching are vegetarian and/or vegan. I try to keep my recipes as simple as possible using seasonal, everyday and easy to find ingredients.
